At Arlo’s Choice Treats, we aim to ensure your fur babies receive their treats safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to order processing, shipping, delivery, and local pickup.

By placing an order with Arlo’s Choice Treats, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days following successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed during standard business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding ACT public holidays).

During busy periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Provider

Arlo’s Choice Treats uses Australia Post for shipping and delivery services across Australia.

Once orders are dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post’s operational schedules and delivery network.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

• ACT, NSW, VIC: 2–5 business days
• QLD, SA, TAS: 3–7 business day
• WA & NT: 5–10 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

• Public holidays
• Peak shipping periods
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances outside the Company’s control

4. Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $100 AUD
• A flat-rate shipping fee of $10 AUD applies to orders under $50 AUD

Applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

5. Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Tracking information is provided through Australia Post and may take up to 24 hours to update following dispatch.

6. Local Pickup

Arlo’s Choice Treats also offers local pickup for customers located in Canberra and surrounding areas.

Pickup Conditions

• Pickup is free of charge
• Orders must be placed and fully paid prior to collection
• Pickup is available by prior arrangement only
• Pickup times are generally available between 8:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday to Monday
• Customers will be contacted to arrange a mutually suitable pickup time

For operational and safety reasons, unarranged drop-ins and cash payments at pickup are not available.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Arlo’s Choice Treats is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
• Delays caused by inaccurate shipping information
• Additional shipping fees resulting from returned or redirected parcels

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, additional postage charges may apply before re-dispatch.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Arlo’s Choice Treats will make reasonable efforts to assist with investigations lodged through Australia Post; however, shipping outcomes remain subject to the carrier’s investigation process and policies.

The Company is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.

9. Shipping Locations

Arlo’s Choice Treats currently ships within Australia only.

International shipping services may become available in the future.

10. Changes to This Shipping Policy

Arlo’s Choice Treats reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be published on the Company’s website with the revised effective date.
